Your hard season may not have a group name

If what you’re carrying doesn’t fit one of the groups above, you can still reach out. A minister can listen, pray with you, and help you consider a helpful next step. You don’t need to know exactly what to ask for before you call.

Care That Goes Beyond a Group

There are seasons when what you need most is someone to listen and pray with you. First McKinney’s pastoral team provides care through difficult seasons, including hospital visits, prayer, and personal conversations.

You can also submit a prayer request at any time. Each Monday, our staff gathers to pray over submitted requests and needs from across our church and community. Requests designated confidential are shared only with pastoral staff.

What to Expect From a Care Group

Walking into a support group for the first time can feel difficult. You are welcome to listen before you share, ask questions, and participate at your own pace. Each group is different, but the goal is the same: to offer a caring place where you can find encouragement and support alongside others who understand the season you are facing.

No polished story required. Just come as you are.
