Whatever is on your heart, we’d be honored to pray with you. Submit a prayer request using the form below and share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. You don’t have to be a member of First McKinney, and you don’t need to have the right words. “Please pray” is enough.

Our church prayer support includes people who faithfully pray for the needs of our church and community. Each Monday, our staff gathers to pray over submitted requests, and if you designate your request as confidential, it will be shared only with our pastoral staff. Pray With Us

Prayer is part of the life of our church, both personally and together through corporate prayer. Each Sunday, volunteers serve in our Prayer Room, praying throughout both worship services for God’s transforming work in the lives of our church and community. If you’re carrying something heavy, you can stop by at any time during the morning, and someone will be there to listen and pray with you.

The Prayer Room is located on the east side of the building, just across from the Worship Center. You can also join us for prayer each Sunday at 8:20 AM in the Fireside Room, pray regularly with others through a Life Group, and participate in opportunities for prayer and fasting throughout the year.

Growing in Prayer

Personal prayer is an important part of growing in our relationship with God. Prayer doesn’t require perfect words. We can come to God honestly, bringing Him our gratitude, questions, needs, and concerns while taking time to listen and seek His will.

If you’re looking for help growing in prayer, begin with Scripture and make prayer a regular part of your time with God. Our Bible Reading Plan and Prayer and Fasting Guide offer practical resources to help you spend time in God’s Word, pray with purpose, and continue growing in your relationship with Jesus.
