The Ministry Residency Program at First McKinney: Trained to Lead, Sent to Serve

Leaders training leaders to serve, make disciples, and help others do the same.

The Residency at a Glance

The church residency program at First McKinney is designed to develop future ministry leaders through hands-on ministry experience, intentional mentoring, and ministry training within a multigenerational church. For those exploring God’s call to vocational ministry, the residency will provide a place to grow, learn, and prepare for what God may have next.

Take the First Step Toward Your Calling

If this page found you at the right moment, don’t let the moment pass. Contact Our Church and ask about the residency, Meet Our Leadership Team to see the kind of leaders this church forms, and Learn About Disciple Making — the conviction underneath every track. Callings are rarely loud; they are usually a quiet pull that survives your questions. Bring the questions. We have walked this road with many before you.
